Request for Proposals for Major Community Art Project

Artists are invited to submit concepts for a mural/installation to be applied, painted, or installed on the East facade of the Cotton Belt Freight Depot. The concrete building is 5 stories tall and is 750 feet long. It is located between Dickson St. and Florida St. at 1400 North 1^st St. – North of Laclede’s Landing in St. Louis Missouri.

North Riverside Holdings has donated the use of the building for a project, that was selected through Rally St. Louis, and has raised funding for the project. The project has a current budget of $20,000.
